Better Email is here to help protect your domain reputation and your database.
Many people are using Better Email to email lists of leads or that are colder.
Better Email applies a "warm max" limit to new accounts to start you off with a good sending reputation - even if sending to colder lists.
First send (any type, automation, broadcast, etc.): the first 2000 contacts returned from the selected lists, starting with the first list as shown in the campaign configuration.
(E.g. if there are more than 2000 contacts in the first list, they’ll all come from that list. if there are fewer than 2,000, we’ll move on to second list, etc.,, until we have collected 2,000 unique contacts to message.)
We check for the warmMax at the time of sending, not prior.
At the time we finish sending the campaign, we update the warmMax → warmMax times 2. So each SEND builds on the next.
After 10 sent campaigns, it no longer applies.
But it looks like this:
1st campaign = 2000 contacts
2nd campaign = 4000 contacts
3rd campaign = 8000 contacts
…
10th+ campaign = always using as many contacts as are present in the lists
