Better Email works for solo agents and teams.
If you have multiple agents:
You can configure Automations and Broadcasts to send on behalf of specific agents.
Each agent’s signature is applied appropriately.
If you connect Follow Up Boss:
Team members may be pulled into Better Email automatically
You can edit details under Team (title, callback number, etc.)
