Better Email does work in Canada - and we do have some separate templates for Canada as well for Broadcast emails.
Email of the Week works as well, generally speaking, and you will get a preview of it 24 hours before it sends, so you can check that it's relevant and skip it if you want in that preview email.
The Deal of the Week Automation does NOT currently work in Canada as set it and forget it - the Automation part.
BUT we do have a workaround that's a little more manual labor. We have Broadcast templates for Deal of the Week, and you can easily use them and set up a few in advance at a time.
