Better Email requires certain sender information because deliverability matters.
To reduce spam filtering, make sure:
Your Settings are fully completed
Your sender identity and signature details are accurate
If you’re brand new to sending (or haven’t emailed your database in a while), you may see sending behavior that starts smaller and ramps up over time. This is normal and designed to protect deliverability.
If emails are landing in spam, contact support with:
your sending domain
CRM name
whether you’re sending an Automation or Broadcast
the email subject line and approximate send time
