Trouble Signing In (Email Taken, Password Reset, and Common Fixes)

If you’re having trouble signing in, here are the most common fixes:

“This email is taken” when I try to sign up
That usually means you already have an account.

  1. Go to the sign-in page and choose Sign in instead of Sign up or go here: https://trybetteremail.com/sign-in

  2. The easiest path to gain access is to hit "get a login code instead" and you'll be emailed a link to gain access without a password

Forgot password
Visit https://trybetteremail.com/sign-in and click on the "get login code instead" option to be sent a code to gain access right away.
